Concept of Profile Groups

In SneakyTools, all important information is stored in profile groups such as your company, tax and billing information. One profile group should only contain one profile, as you will always assign profile groups to your tasks, not specific profiles.

Creating Profiles

Click Add Profiles and provide the information for each profile page you can see in the animation above.

Section 1: Company Information You need to enter a profile name, your company name, your email and your phone number.

Section 2: Billing Information

You need to enter your full address, your city, your zipcode and your country.

Section 3: Tax Information

You need to enter your Vat ID, your Tax ID / KVK, your IBAN, your BIC and the name from the bank.

Deleting Profiles

You can delete profiles through clicking the 🗑️ icon in the action bar.

You can also always delete or edit an existing profile, just click the specific icon in the action bar.
