Usage + Step-by-Step Guide

Whenever you use any modules in SneakyTools that require to solve PX (PerimeterX) and the status Generating PX is displayed:

  1. SneakyTools will open Chrome (you must have Chrome installed), you need to have the chrome extension activated already.

  2. In the Chrome window, you may be asked to solve a “PX challenge”. This means you’ll be redirected to the StockX account page, and you’ll need to click and hold a bar until it is completely filled out. Sometimes, you might have to do this more than once, especially if your IP score isn’t good enough, for instance if you are using a server that is located inside of a datacenter.

  3. If the challenge has been solved successfully, the extension will force-open a popup/dialogue. It is mandatory to click “Open in SneakyTools”. After that, your tasks should continue as planned.

  4. Just keep in mind that the validity of the PX session can vary, depending on your daily usage of the modules.

If your ip score is too bad or you get the following error: Cannot GET /extension/, you need use a proxy switcher to get PX modules working, read below:

You can use any working proxy switcher, we recommend Foxy Proxy Standard. It is available for free in the Chrome web store.

  1. Visit this link and add Foxy Proxy Standard to your extensions. You`ll need to confirm the popup.

  2. Open the pinned view for Chrome extensions and select the needle next to the extension.

  3. Click on the icon and select Options

  4. A menu will open and you can add a new proxy by clicking Add New Proxy in the right small menu.

  5. Manual Proxy Configuration should be selected by default, also mark Save Login Credentials which will allow you to edit the Authentication field.

  6. Now add your proxy to the specific fields, most proxies follow the main format (IP:PORT:USER:PASSWORD)

  7. Click Save and your proxy is now added to the proxy list in the extension.

  8. Click the extension icon again and choose Use proxy ... for all URLs.

  9. Reload chrome and start your task again, you should be able to solve PX now.
