IMAP Fetcher

What`s that?

The IMAP fetcher automatically fetches your pdf files from the specific sneaker & retail stores such as Saturn, MediaMarkt, Snipes, Solebox and more. It will login into your email account and download the files. They will be saved in a specific folder named after the month and the year. This is useful for invoices, shipping labels and also very fast than downloading every file by yourself.

How to fetch files

First you have to configure your IMAP settings, click on the settings page, head over to the Webhook / Advanced Settings and visit IMAP Settings. Secondly, please choose your email inbox (Gmail, GMX, Hotmail, ICloud, Outlook & Web). Now you have to define the year where the bot fetches the files from. The IMAP username is always your email address and the IMAP password will be a 16-digit password which you will receive after creating an app password.

How to use with GMAIL

Visit this link and login into your gmail account, if this doesn’t redirect you to the IMAP settings, follow the guide below:

  1. Visit this link or go to the section All E-Mails.

  2. Click the settings button on the top right corner.

  3. Go to View all settings and then to Forwarding/POP & IMAP

  4. Activate IMAP access and save everything (Leave the other options default)

Activate APP password:

  1. Visit the App passwords page.

  2. Login with Google

  3. If you are seeing the message “The setting that you are looking for is not available for your account.”, you should enable 2-Step-Verification first.

  4. After that, click “Select App”, choose “Others” and give it a random name e.g. “SneakyTools”.

  5. Hit save and an app password will be generated,

How to use with OUTLOOK

  1. Select Outlook as email inbox

  2. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.

  3. Select More security options.

  4. Make sure to activate two-step verification otherwise you can not create an app password.

  5. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.

  6. Save your Outlook email and the app password into SneakyTools

How to use with WEB

  1. Select Web as email inbox, use your web email as IMAP username

  2. Login into your account, head over to Start and click Password/Account.

  3. Visit Safety on the left menu.

  4. Click application-specific passwords and do the setup.

  5. The shown password is your IMAP password.

How to use with GMX

  1. Select GMX as email inbox

  2. Use your gmx mail as Username & your gmx password as Password

How to use with ICLOUD

  1. Select ICloud as email inbox

  2. Use your full icloud email as Username & your icloud app password as Password (Use this guide)

How to use with HOTMAIL

  1. Select Hotmal as email inbox

  2. Use your hotmail emails as Username & your email password as Password.
